Having the ability to record care on the go is becoming increasingly important, and as technology advances, the process is also simplifying. We’ve packaged up the essential features and functions required to deliver person-centred care into one easy-to-use online platform.
No matter the time of day or your location you can check essential information for your residents. See personal details, Care Plans, contacts, medication requirements, Daily Notes, Charts and preferences. Ideal if there’s been an emergency and you need to access your system remotely.
Our Care Assessment is made up of dozens of categories covering all aspects of care. For added comfort, you can carry out Assessments from your residents’ preferred setting and then finish the three step Care Plan creation process when you return to your main CareDocs Desktop system later on.
Record care
Update all charts, certain forms and record Daily Notes and Body Map events for a wide range of care and non-care related activities and situations, including accidents, emergencies, behaviour, COVID-19, leisure, appointments and more. You can also log emotions and upload files to support your notes.
And that's not all...
Helping you provide the best possible care is our priority, but we also aim to make the CareDocs user experience as easy and efficient as possible. Just like the main CareDocs system, we’ve integrated tools into the Cloud Portal that will help care staff communicate and find out non-resident information.
