How does it work?
We always recommend booking a demo with one of our Business Development Managers so they can walk you through the product and the different services we have available. A demo is also a great opportunity to ask questions and find out how the software can specifically benefit your business and solve any problems you may currently have in terms of care management and the care recording process. If joining the CareDocs family seems like the right decision, we will visit your setting, install your hardware, set up your home’s profile, provide initial training and make sure you have everything you need to start work.
What do I need?
You don’t need any fancy equipment to run CareDocs or even a great deal of knowledge of how to use computers; we provide you with this. Depending on your internet facilities, we’ll ensure you get the most efficient package for your home. An internet connection, even a slow one, will still support our system. However, to ensure you get the most out of your system, we recommend you prepare some questions or concerns for the demonstration or initial set up so we can understand your specific requirements and help you use the software effectively.
