Staff can log into CareDocs Cloud Portal using any mobile device with an internet connection to perform the same thorough Care Assessments accessible within the main desktop system but in the comfort of the residents’ preferred setting. Completed assessments are instantly synchronised with the main system.
The Management Portal was designed to help managers see performance and observe trends to support you in making important business decisions. It provides key performance indicator (KPI) charts and analytics for a wide variety of subjects using existing information already recorded into CareDocs.
Keep the people closest to your residents connected to the care process through CareDocs Connect – our online care sharing platform. In addition to controlling what your residents’ contacts can see, they have the ability to send messages, files and photos back to you.
