At CareDocs we like to make things simple. After all, you want a system that will save you time, not create extra work. That’s why we only have two products – CareDocs Cloud and CareDocs Local. And although they are very similar, they each have their own benefits and features to ensure there is a package suitable for the specific needs of your business.
Our newest and most comprehensive product has online functionality to future-proof your system and allows for extra benefits and features to be added. Perfect for businesses with strong internet facilities or where residents are spread out, CareDocs Cloud allows you to provide point of care recording and access key resident and staff information on any device.
Ideal for smaller settings with fewer residents, or where the internet connection isn’t as reliable – our original product gives you a largely offline care management experience. Focusing on core benefits, CareDocs Local provides all the key features you would expect and has been optimised to ensure maximum efficiency since our launch in 2008.
CareDocs is a system which provides benefits to management, staff and residents. It contains everything you need to manage and deliver outstanding care, including thorough Care Assessments, person-centred Care Plans, staff and resident Profiles, Daily Notes, Forms & Reports, Charts, Policies & Procedures, and plenty more.
