Training is carried out by our knowledgeable and friendly Customer Success team. In addition to teaching you how to use our software, they will help you understand the best way to use it to overcome challenges in your care setting.

Why request training?
Unless you and your staff are 100% confident with the CareDocs system, or you’re getting all your training needs from our online resources (videos, guides, etc.), we recommend booking training for the following reasons:
