Actions
Our new Actions feature has now been released to further support the high quality of care provided to service users as well as supporting CareDocs in meeting NHS Assured Supplier requirements. This much awaited feature
Once an Action that is linked to an Event has been performed, it will show in the service user notes. Details of the Action can be viewed including the date and time performed. This also helps with transparency and support when auditing activities on the system.
CHI number for Scottish customers
We have now implemented a Community Health Index (CHI) number, replacing the NHS number for customers based in Scotland. This change can be done through the ‘settings’ view in CareDocs, where you can select ‘Scottish’ from the drop down menu. The CHI number will now be displayed in the ‘personal information’ section of a service users file.
