How is Staff Reporting used?

The Staff Reporting feature is just one part of a wider section dedicated to forms and reports. To view a report, all you have to do is choose it from the list. They are generated automatically, saving you all the hard work. However, you can customise the reports by changing certain filters, like date and staff member names, so you only see the information you need.

Our staff reports include:

  • COVID-19 symptom history: a list of all COVID-19 symptoms recorded by your staff.
  • COVID-19 testing history: a list of all staff COVID-19 test results and names of who is still awaiting their result.
  • Personal information: all key information about staff summed up on one page.
  • Supervision: keep on top of your Staff Supervisions so you never miss a review.
  • Training: see which staff have or haven’t completed their Staff Training courses.
