Thanks to the permanent online nature of this package, information is sent across services instantly and is saved in the cloud, keeping your work secure.
For homes that don’t have reliable internet facilities, we have developed CareDocs Mobile which is part of the CareDocs Local package. CareDocs Mobile is a less comprehensive service but still enables accurate basic care recordings to be made remotely. When your mobile device and the main CareDocs Local system are both online at the same time, the data will sync up automatically.
Mobile devices for hire
If you don’t own the necessary equipment to achieve point of care recording you can hire CareDocs branded mobile phones and tablets at an additional monthly rate. They are cost-effective, lightweight, reliable and have great battery life, making them perfect care recording companions for your staff. Simply log in to our CareDocs Cloud Portal or CareDocs Mobile services when you have an internet connection and take your care on the move with you. All our devices come with free technical support and on the rare occasion a device doesn’t want to work properly, we can send you a replacement.
