We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, quality service. Our head office in Bristol is the base for all our operations, including dedicated support and training for CareDocs customers. All queries are handled in-house by a team of CareDocs experts, so you can be confident you’ll receive the help you need at the first point of contact without having to worry about being directed to an outsourced office or being left on hold for a lengthily periods of time.
Knowledgeable team
As you’d expect, we know our product inside out. What makes us different is our passion for supporting care businesses, The CareDocs team includes several sector experts and people with real world home management and care experience. We won’t just teach you how to use CareDocs, we’ll help you learn it effectively to help you overcome any challenges you might be facing at your business.
Out-of-hours emergency support
Technical issues are rare – the hardware we supply you with is modern and perfect for the job but we understand things can happen outside of anyone’s control. If you do encounter technical issues stopping you from being able to use our software, there’s no need to panic. In addition to phoning or emailing us during our normal office hours you can contact us on evenings, weekends and bank holidays using our emergency out-of-hours service.
