What is the Staff Messaging Centre?
A fully internal and secure messaging tool used to communicate with others inside the business.
How is the Staff Messaging Centre used?
We know how important it is to communicate effectively in a care setting. Not just with residents, but with each other. Using our Message Centre is like having your own dedicated internal email system. You can compose, send, receive, reply to and forward messages. You can also mark them as urgent and send to groups of people, either by adding individual names or by delivering to everyone with a particular job title.
Because the messages are kept within the CareDocs system, there’s no risk of cybercrime. The only people who have access to the Message Centre are the staff with CareDocs access. CareDocs Cloud Portal users can also access the full Message Centre feature on mobile devices whilst providing care on the move.
What benefits does the Staff Messaging Centre provide?
Users can ask for help and provide instant assistance to colleagues. Private and confidential information is safe and messages won’t get lost or end up in a spam folder. There’s no risk of outside interference or harmful spam, adding a further layer of protection for your residents.
Who benefits from the Staff Messaging Centre?
All staff have access to this feature. Care staff who are using dedicated mobile devices to record care remotely can instantly send messages across the system or view messages from others. Managers benefit from showing they have a secure way of communicating throughout their service, helping towards achieving higher levels of regulatory compliance.
