The first steps of the CareDocs journey are equally as important to us as they are for you. It’s our opportunity to get to know you and find out how exactly we can help you benefit from our software. If you decide CareDocs is right for you, we’ll deliver and set up your equipment, then provide face-to-face training to make sure you’re up-and-running and can start using your new system right away. You’re always welcome to contact your dedicated Business Development Manager at a later date if you would like to discuss your package or get more information.
Customised system
One of the ways we help get you settle in is by customising your system so it reflects the way your business operates. This includes updating your preferred terminology and adding your job roles so when you and your staff are ready to start using CareDocs, it’s already optimised for your home. You have full control to change these settings and many others yourself if you decide a different approach would be better.
Ongoing remote learning
Our service doesn’t end there. You can get in touch with us during our normal office working hours to arrange additional support and training. In addition to on-site training you can arrange online training to ensure your care recording and management skills are continuously growing and you’re fully aware of what the system has to offer. All you need is your computer, a telephone or a microphone and an internet connection. You can also access a library of videos and guides at any time to support you in using features of the software.
