Home Diary entries

Home Diary entries are stored separately from resident records and are easy to locate and manage. Demonstrating that you’re actively involved and aware of what’s going on during the day-to-day running of your home, keeping on top of issues that arise and tackling them swiftly, and then following up afterwards to see the results, is an effective way to lead a business well.

Training & supervisions

Monitor each staff member’s training progress by logging the modules they are required to complete directly in the system. Staff can view their modules, deadlines and details for upcoming sessions. Once training is done, it can be recorded against their profiles. Managers have the option to create training reports to easily see who has or still needs to complete specific modules. 

Supervisions is another tool designed for managers to log the details of private meetings with staff members. If an issue arises, key information can be recorded and continually updated until it has been resolved.
