What are Daily Notes?
As your residents go about their day, it’s inevitable that a mixture of events will take place – some planned and some not. Whether you have scheduled a trip to the optician, a social coffee morning or an unexpected incident occurs, it’s crucial that a note is recorded so there is a log of useful information to relate back to. The Daily Note feature allows you to write text notes for a wide variety of health related, personal and leisurely activities.
How are Daily Notes used?
Daily Notes should be recorded whenever something notable happens or is due to happen. You can create simple text notes for specific residents which include as much or as little detail as you need, and attach files, images or map an emotional response to support your record. Daily Notes are quickly accessible, even on mobile devices and older entries can be searched using filter options.
