Switching your entire working system from paper to digital doesn’t involve as much effort as you might think. And after it’s in place your daily workload will actually decrease. CareDocs was created to reduce time-consuming admin tasks and we want that benefit to start at the earliest opportunity – our first conversation.

Finding out about you and your business is an essential step of the process so we can help you use our software effectively. If you’re experiencing specific issues surrounding care, internal resource or home management, we can recommend a package that would suit your business and will explain the features we think you would find most useful. Before anything is agreed we want you to be confident that you know what you’re receiving.

Ready, set, go

We’ve been supplying and installing hardware, answering tech queries and repairing equipment since our launch in 2008. We’re tech experts with an aim to make the entire process as simple as possible. When you’ve chosen your package, your dedicated account manager will arrive on site to go over the next steps and support with a seamless transition. This includes setting up your hardware and connecting your new computer to the local server, customising your system so it reflects your preferred style and providing initial software training. That way, when we leave, you can continue your care and instantly benefit from a more efficient way of working.

Ongoing growth & support

CareDocs is comprehensive system. It takes time to get used to and explore all the different features. Don’t worry though, if you run into any trouble, you’re not left to fend for yourself. We have a dedicated, UK-based support team and an out-of-office service that includes evenings, weekend and bank holidays. Our fantastic training team are also available for individual or group face-to-face or remote sessions, to walk you through different parts of the system.

If you wish to expand your system at a later date by adding more devices, you can hire additional laptops and dedicated mobile devices like smartphones and tablets to provide essential point of care recording and reduce equipment sharing. We’re always standing by to help you with your questions and to fix or replace your hardware if you develop a fault.
