Our digital Daily NotesCharts, Forms and Resident Reports give you instant information about the people in your care. To make locating events or records even easier, simply change the criteria of what you want to search for.

For example, you can find entries relating to certain individuals, between set time frames and regarding specific events. You may even wish to choose to see results recorded by individual staff members. Additionally, you can browse through previous versions of Care Plans or view answers to questions which are no longer included in the current Care Assessment.
