How are Business KPIs used?

To see a clear overview of activity at your business, CareDocs Cloud subscribers can view key performance indicator (KPI) charts through the CareDocs Management PortalKPIs are used to support you in reaching specific goals by showing which areas are performing well and which need improving. 

The information your staff enter during their daily CareDocs use is collected and carried through to the Management Portal automatically where charts are generated instantly. This means you don’t have to spend time manually cross-checking information and creating your own reports, potentially saving you hours of admin work.
