What is Authorised Device Management?
Devices can be managed online so only certain devices, users or locations are authorised to use CareDocs.
How is Authorised Device Management used?
The ability to provide care remotely is revolutionising the sector and having a flexible system which supports digital point of care recording is becoming a necessity for many. As new technologies emerge, resident safety remains our priority – we understand it’s important to always be aware of who is accessing your system information and from where. CareDocs gives you total control over devices to help protect sensitive data.
Care home or business managers choose which staff can use remote caring services like CareDocs Cloud Portal and CareDocs Mobile, and have the ability to allow or block specific devices. Alternatively, you can provide remote CareDocs access to all staff but only allow the system to work at certain locations. This means you can be confident that the system is only being used in appropriate places by people who need it.
