What are Emergency Admission Packs?
An Emergency Admission Pack is a file that is unique to each resident and includes essential care information and personal details.
How are Emergency Admission Packs used?
In case of an emergency admission to the hospital, or other location, each resident will have their own digital Emergency Admission Pack ready to print. It can accompany them and provide clear, useful information to assist in their recovery. With only a few clicks until you reach the print option, you can have it at hand in less than a minute.
The pack includes:
- A cover sheet including the name of the resident and address of the care provider.
- Personal information, such as name, date of birth, placement address, nationality, occupation, National Insurance number, NHS number, beliefs, appearance, and photograph.
- Emergency contacts.
- Active medication.
- Care file & risk assessment.

The ready-made file is generated from key information which you record into the system from everyday use. This means you won’t need to waste time re-entering information in a time of urgency, giving your residents the best chance of a quick recovery.
