The basic approach to remote care
CareDocs Mobile was designed to function under unreliable or low-speed internet conditions. To ensure the system’s capabilities aren’t overwhelmed and optimum performance can be maintained, the features we’ve included are the core components required to provide point of care recording.
Create Daily Notes for a wide selection of events from categories relating to accident and incidents, bathroom activities, leisure, health professionals, personal care and more. Just enter your text into the designated box and the date and time will automatically set itself to the moment the note is recorded.
All charts can be updated remotely, including blood pressure, BMI, glucose, heart rate, oxygen saturation, pain assessment, prothrombin time INR, respiration rate, temperature, Timed Up and Go test, and weight. Where applicable, the chart will show you the last entry for that resident.
Cumulative forms allow you to continuously record information without having to create new forms. You can update forms on CareDocs Mobile for bowel movements, fluid and food intake and output, and body repositioning.
And that's not all...
Although CareDocs Mobile is a limited service due to the largely offline nature of the Local package, we have implemented a few other features and tools where possible aimed at improving efficiency.
