What is the Charts feature?
You can access a range of digital health charts that return instant data when resident health has been recorded.
How is the Charts feature used?
Our digital charts record health information and show you instant comparisons with previous entries. Data will be displayed in both chart and list form to give you different perspectives of your readings.
We also take into account information you’ve told us about other aspects of your residents’ lives to tell you whether their results fit within a normal range, or whether any medical attention is needed. Monitors can be set up to help remind you to check the progress.
Charts you can access include:
- Blood pressure
- Body mass index (BMI)
- Epileptic seizure
- Glucose
- Mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC)
- NEWS2
- Oxygen saturation
- Pain assessment
- Prothrombin time international normalised ratio (ProTime INR)
- Pulse
- Respiration rate
- Temperature
- Timed up and go test (TUG)
- Weight
What benefits does the Charts feature provide?
Digital charts can be accessed quickly and are stored automatically in the CareDocs software, whereas paper copies of charts can take up large amounts of storage and are at risk or being misplaced or damaged. Because you receive instant chart data, the task of cross-checking results is removed from your daily routine.
