Our newest communication tool
Invite your residents’ family and friends to receive automatic care updates by joining CareDocs Connect. You determine what categories of care each contact can access, and as well as viewing information, we’ve added a few options to help them engage with you.
Share care updates
Daily Note events, including the text description entered by your staff, can be shared with resident contacts through CareDocs Connect. You set the Connect categories for each event to ensure only the necessary information reaches the correct recipients.
Text messages
A little bit of heartfelt text can go a long way. Contacts can send instant messages directly to the CareDocs system from their mobile device or computer for your staff to communicate to the intended resident.
Files & photos
Contacts can view files and images that have been shared as part of the care process, or choose to send items back to the CareDocs system that they feel are relevant. Alternatively, they can send personal photos to let residents know what they have been doing and spread some joy.
