This update features improvements to our CareDocs Cloud Portal service
We’re excited to announce that v4.8.1 is now ready to download. Our second software release this month contains improvements for the CareDocs Cloud Portal application.
CareDocs Cloud Portal improvements
Several interface changes have been made to CareDocs Cloud Portal, including improved navigation, functionality, efficiency and updated visuals. We are currently developing a series of updates dedicated to enhancing the Cloud Portal to create a better point of care recording experience. This includes adding new functionality that is currently only available on the CareDocs Desktop application.
What’s an interface? In software, an interface primarily relates to what you see on the screen and how you interact with the service. Changes are made with the aim of providing a better user experience.
Not currently using CareDocs Cloud Portal? Our comprehensive point of care recording service – CareDocs Cloud Portal – is available to CareDocs Cloud users at no extra charge. You can access your CareDocs system on mobile devices, like smartphones and tablets, through an internet connection.
Using mobile devices increases the accuracy of data and improves staff and resident comfort. Staff can record daily care notes, add forms and chart entries, perform assessments and view key resident information such as care plans or contacts from the location of their choosing.
