We’re happy to announce the release of version 4.3.6, our third software update in under three months with a focus on COVID-19. We’ve been working hard to deliver new tools and improvements for existing features to help you manage the virus and further support care safety and efficiency in your setting.
Originally, the COVID-19 Status Report feature included visitor symptom checks, test sample and test result forms, as well as detailed reports. Our second update introduced symptom checks for staff members and visitors, testing forms for staff members and even more reporting options.
In this latest version we’ve provided a new consent form to help ensure service users are able to make an informed decision before supplying symptom and testing information relating to COVID-19. The forms should be signed and dated by the individual or their decision maker to confirm consent. Policy and Procedure documents have also been added which include official guidance on a range of COVID-19 related topics. Finally, we’ve improved upon testing forms and reports, allowing you to record additional useful data. Please read the Release Notes document for full details.
You can also check out the COVID-19 Support page on our website for more resources, including blog articles, news, as well as a variety of downloadable documents for you to use at your care home/business.
If you are a customer and would like to know more about the features mentioned above, then please call us on 0330 056 3333 or email at support@caredocs.co.uk.
