Minimal setup costs
Where some digital care management software providers ask you to pay a larger fee right at the beginning of your contract, our setup fees are kept to a minimum to help you spread the total cost of the service over your subscription.
Setup costs include supplying and installing your equipment, optimising your system to meet your business preferences, processing your contract and onboarding you to the CareDocs family. We also provide you with free initial training so you don’t have to pay extra for peace of mind that you’re using the software correctly and effectively.
How does it work?
In order for you to receive the most efficient service, we supply you with the hardware (computers, laptops, etc.) with the CareDocs software preinstalled. This ensures the setup you have is optimised for using our product and allows us to fully support you from a technical standpoint – offering both advice or replacing equipment to help you keep things running smoothly.
Surcharges are applied to the equipment in addition to the initial setup. However, we spread the rest of your subscription fees over the length of your contract instead of asking for payment upfront.
What do I need to join CareDocs?
Because we supply the hardware, software, onboarding and training, you don’t need anything to join CareDocs. We recommend booking a demo to tell us more about your business so we can help you choose the best package to suit your needs and talk you through how you can benefit from our system.
