We\u2019re excited to announce v4.6.1 is now ready to download.\u00a0This\u00a0software update\u00a0includes new forms and reports to support with\u00a0upcoming regulatory changes\u00a0in England.\u00a0On 11 November 2021,\u00a0staff and visiting professionals will need to be fully vaccinated before entering a\u00a0CQC registered\u00a0care home, unless medically exempt, and their vaccination or exemption status\u00a0must\u00a0be recorded.\u00a0For more information about the\u00a0new policy see:\u00a0<\/span>At a glance: The mandatory vaccine policy for care staff<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> Our care sector experts and software developers have created dedicated forms and reports which allow you to record, monitor and evidence the status of each staff member and visitor, as well as the date\u00a0they were checked\u00a0and other key details.\u00a0The\u00a0new\u00a0forms and reports are:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> Completed\u00a0forms can be\u00a0easily\u00a0viewed, printed and digitally shared to demonstrate\u00a0compliance. Information included\u00a0within a form\u00a0automatically\u00a0pulls\u00a0through to the report, giving\u00a0you an\u00a0instant\u00a0overview of who was recorded\u00a0between a specific date range, and what their status\u00a0was.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> In addition to\u00a0the above,\u00a0we have designed\u00a0a\u00a0brand new\u00a0form for recording\u00a0a resident\u2019s\u00a0consent to multiple common vaccinations.\u00a0You can\u00a0now\u00a0log\u00a0consent for\u00a0the\u00a0COVID-19 vaccine, COVID-19 booster vaccine, influenza vaccine and\u00a0pneumococcal vaccine in a single form.
