On the surface, this may sound like a funny question, but this is one of the five key lines of enquiries the CQC<\/a> and a key quality regulators look for during an inspection. There are multiple ways you can produce a caring service, including giving the right types of care, ensuring people are treated well and not discriminated against, responding to needs effectively and looking after your workforce.<\/p>

The fundamentals of person-centred care<\/a> are based on delivering a service that treats people as individuals while making sure their care, support and treatment meet their needs and preferences. For the best possible results, it\u2019s necessary to take into account each person\u2019s strengths, abilities, aspirations, culture and backgrounds.<\/p>

Continuing on from completing a CareDocs bespoke care assessment \u2013 the next step is to transfer the information you capture into a person-centred care plan<\/a>. This process only takes minutes, and as long as the assessment questions have been answered in detail, the majority of criteria needed to ensure your service is person-centred will already be in place. Evidencing issues can be done either through creating daily care notes<\/a> or certain forms, such as a simple feedback form.<\/p>
