What is a Senior Business Development Manager?
Are you accomplished in the field of sales with senior level experience? Do you have a proven track record of meeting targets? Can you juggle driving new business growth with customer retention, as well as performing a wide range of managerial tasks?
We’re looking for someone who can manage our highly motivated Business Development Department that specialises in computer software designed for the Adult & Social Care sector. Providing leadership, mentoring, coaching and overseeing personal development and recruitment for your team is just one side of the day-to-day responsibilities for this ambitious role.
You would also be expected to create and execute sales plans, deliver reports, align your strategies with the future pipeline, create business case proposals, participate at events and maintain strong relationships with customers to both obtain feedback and identify developing problems. By taking on this challenging but highly rewarding role in an established and expanding business, you will receive a generous annual salary of OTE £70k.

How will you fit in?
As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play an essential role throughout CareDocs. A passionate and entrepreneurial attitude towards driving sales, achieving revenue goals and growing the business is key. Your leadership will help us explore new, efficient methods of winning local and corporate business opportunities and develop a fresh approach to retaining customers.
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to think outside the box and search for new, innovative solutions. You will help deliver an improved new business model and feedback ideas and performance to other areas of the business, particularly to the General Manager and wider Senior Management Team. This means strong collaboration skills would be hugely beneficial.
CareDocs has a fantastic reputation, particularly regarding great customer service. We very actively engage different customers using a wide range of traditional and digital platforms. A background or knowledge of the Adult & Social Care sector would be highly advantageous to help promote and demonstrate the products to customers and at trade shows, conferences and online. As a senior member of the Business Development Department, you will be a face of the brand and product and will help us maintain and improve upon the image we have built up in the sector.
