What is Staff Training?
A virtual checklist of your internal training structure, where you and your staff can keep track of what has or hasn’t been completed.
How is Staff Training used?
Care home and business managers have access to a Training Administration section, where you can create a list of your business’ training courses. You can also group training courses together under categories and apply those categories to your staff, so they only see the training courses that apply to them.
When your staff access their Training section, they will see when and where their next course is due to take place and have the ability to mark the course as completed when done.

You no longer have to ask staff to keep you updated with their progress or spend time cross-checking and making reports.
