What is Staff Supervisions?
A communication tool between managers and staff to share work-related matters.
How is Staff Supervisions used?
It’s important to have a safe space in a working environment for feedback, comments and general notes. The Supervisions feature is a page where staff can log any health and safety issues, staff training opportunities, caring or abuse concerns, or any other general notes or questions about their employment or development.
Only managers can view what staff have said and are given the opportunity to respond in a constructive way. Once the issue has been resolved, it’s marked as completed and a permanent record will remain on the system for reference, which can be printed if necessary.

Acting on issues before they develop and making a continuous effort to improve your service demonstrates that you are a well-led business, you are safe and you respond well to the needs of others, helping you comply with multiple CQC lines of enquiry.
