How are Emergency Admission Packs used?

In case of an emergency admission to the hospital, or other location, each resident will have their own digital Emergency Admission Pack ready to print. It can accompany them and provide clear, useful information to assist in their recovery. With only a few clicks until you reach the print option, you can have it at hand in less than a minute.

The pack includes:

  • A cover sheet including the name of the resident and address of the care provider.
  • Personal information, such as name, date of birth, placement address, nationality, occupation, National Insurance number, NHS number, beliefs, appearance, and photograph.
  • Emergency contacts.
  • Active medication.
  • Care file & risk assessment.
