The Management Portal is an overview of essential information to help you with daily management. Through unique reports, charts and statistics, you can discover how your business is operating behind the scenes and how CareDocs is supporting it.
Useful data that is recorded into various sections of CareDocs, for example, occupancy levels and the number of doctor visits, is compiled and presented to you in chart format. You can access dozens of printable key performance indicators that aren’t available on the main CareDocs system.
Like the main CareDocs system, you can view the status of important home, resident, staff and software tasks without needing to log into the software. Anything that urgently requires attention can be communicated using our Staff Messaging Centre, or reminders can be posted on our Staff Notice Board.
