New CareDocs update & COVID-19 feature

A message from our General Manager
We see daily, in the news and on our social feeds how people and communities are pulling together now more than ever, but none more so than you, our customers, ensuring that the people in your care continue receiving first class service, no matter the cost. The whole CareDocs family are so proud at the levels of outstanding care happening across the sector and we would like to thank you for your efforts as well as offer our thoughts for the difficulties you’re experiencing. You truly are inspirational, and you have our heartfelt support.
Following our recent announcement we’ve been working on a release to help you record your COVID-19 related matters more accurately and I am pleased to announce that it is now ready to download. You can access the update from a main CareDocs system but if you need any support, our trusted support team, trainers and account managers are on hand to help.
My continued thanks to all staff – who continue to provide the best support to protect our vulnerable. Your contribution during this pandemic is truly magnificent.

What’s included in the update?
The latest CareDocs system update (v.4.3.4) includes our new COVID-19 Status Report feature, giving you a range of tools to help record and monitor the effects coronavirus is having on your residents.
COVID-19 Symptom Tracker Form: Record all known COVID-19 symptoms and resident breathing assessments and see how they develop across a timeline.
COVID-19 Test Sample Taken Form: Keep track of any test sample information a resident may have to provide.
COVID-19 Test Result Form: Record any test results for your residents.
COVID-19 Symptom History: See reports on COVID-19 symptoms for up to two weeks.
COVID-19 Status: See how individuals or groups of residents have been affected in your care home or business.
We hope you find this useful for providing care and as a means to keep track of fast-changing COVID-19 developments in your care home/business. Detailed release notes and the development changelog were attached to the release email and a user guide for COVID-19 Status Report is also available to download from your Customer Zone.
More content is planned for release in the very near future as part of our continued commitment to support you through this.
