Celebrating support
At CareDocs we like to think of our customers and colleagues as a family, because once you join us, we stay right beside you throughout your digital care management journey. From setting you up with your equipment and software, to teaching you how to use it, the high standards we provide externally are very similar to our own staff onboarding process internally.
We also love to celebrate achievements both big and small for all members of the CareDocs family, because recognising one another’s success encourages growth, motivation and better results. Giving support is at the core of our values. After all, that’s why CareDocs was developed, to give you a helping hand in recording and managing care and creating top quality person-centred care plans.
But we’re much more than just a software company. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly first-class customer service to help you deliver the best possible care. Whether you need help with the software, have a question about a feature or benefit, need to talk to us about your hardware or want one-on-one or group training, we’re standing by to assist from our Bristol head office.
Unrivalled customer support
We understand the care sector doesn’t take a break, so we’re also proud to have a UK-based out-of-hours support team to cover evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This includes Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. The best part is there’s no extra charge. No matter how many times you need to get in touch we won’t ask for a penny, because we believe supporting each other is invaluable.
Dedicated account managers
Our focus on customer service doesn’t rely solely with our Support team. We have a dedicated Business Development team whose job it is to understand your requirements and assist you through learning the benefits and features of the software and help you choose the right package for you, so you get the most out of your products. If you need advice or want to talk to someone about your account, you always know exactly who to contact.
Experienced and knowledgeable trainers
The Training department give detailed one-on-one or group training sessions on how to use the software. This can be remote, or when safe to travel, face-to-face. What separates our trainers from other digital care management systems, is you will quickly realise they go the extra mile. This is because they understand the care sector and have real life experience with it. You won’t just learn how to use the software, but how to use it effectively to provide the best service for your setting.
Expert software developers
2020 has been a memorable year for our Development department. It has expanded threefold since March, and as a result the number of software updates our customers receive has increased. To support your user experience and ensure you have everything you need, feedback is frequently requested through surveys and our change request portal.
In addition to this, there are two care sector experts in the team who are active in the community and understand first-hand the needs of care providers. Existing product improvements, preparing new features and writing policies and procedures are just a few of the tasks they are involved with.
Creative marketers
Everything you read and view outside of the software that is related to CareDocs, such as our general email communications, newsletters, blogs and social media posts, are created by the Marketing team to raise awareness of important goings–on inside the business and in the wider sector.
We care about keeping you up to date and creating useful materials like videos and user guides to ensure you have various resources to assist you through your day-to-day use of the software. Whether it’s through informing or advising, we want to help anyway we can.
Get in touch
You can take advantage of phone calls, emails, live screen sharing demonstrations, training videos and manuals, step-by-step guides, live webinars, and when safe, personal visits direct to your door, wherever you’re based in the country.
So we would like to celebrate free, unrivalled support for all our customers since 2008, helping care homes and nursing homes be the best they can be.
