CareDocs now meets NHS technical capability criteria for NHS Assurance

We’re excited to announce that CareDocs DSCR has now passed the software technical capability stage of the NHS Assurance process, meeting all assessment criteria and enabling it to provide customers with the same NHS-required technical functionality as other recognised assured suppliers.
Our journey towards being officially recognised as an NHS assured supplier now continues to the final stage of assessment, and we, as with many other assured suppliers, are now in the stage of meeting the various NHS Standards – some of which we have already been granted compliance against.
So, whilst we may not yet be on the official NHS assured supplier list, customers can rest assured that CareDocs DSCR meets the same NHS technical requirements as many other suppliers, with the added benefit of being built on modern technologies designed to support long-term growth and innovation.

our progress as a product has come on huge leaps and bounds over the past few monthsAlan Pocock, Managing Director at CareDocs commented:
“Having decided to make some tough internal decisions as a business, our progress as a product has come on huge leaps and bounds over the past few months, and this is a great step forward for us as a company. Thanks to those decisions, changes, and the hard work of our committed team, our development process has increased immeasurably and we are working towards full NHS assurance recognition, ensuring CareDocs DSCR continues to meet the highest standards for compliant digital care software.“
Due to a change in the assessment process by the NHS and the enforcement of standards compliance during our application window, the next stage of our journey for CareDocs focuses on the compliance of the product and business with the required NHS assured standards, of which many officially recognised NHS assured suppliers are still yet to meet!
Whilst these don’t have a direct impact on our customers, they are important in ensuring CareDocs can offer a highly competitive software platform as the social care sector embraces the next generation of care software.

In the meantime, whether you’re a loyal customer or a care business looking for a modern and future proofed care software provider, if you would like to see our in development software in action, the team at CareDocs would be excited to book a demo with you!
