CareDocs doesn’t just provide software, we also supply hardware, like desktop computers, laptops and dedicated mobile devices from trusted and reliable brands. In addition to answering software queries our support team will assist you with any technical issues relating to your CareDocs equipment to help keep everything working the way it should.
If you need to contact us, we’ll ask you a series of questions designed to help us understand what may be affecting your hardware’s performance so we can walk you through how to remedy it. Or if necessary we can access your computer remotely to diagnose and fix the problem using screen sharing technology.
Repair & replace service
On rare occasions equipment may become faulty or damaged – but it’s nothing to be concerned about. With regular and automatic data back-ups, your work won’t be at risk if something unexpected happens to your hardware. To keep your care running smoothly, we’ll arrange for the equipment to be fixed or replaced. It won’t ever take long to get you back on track and because we cater for the care sector, if we need to order in new parts, we have priority over other businesses with less urgent requirements.
Out-of-hours technical advice
Our out-of-hours technical support service is available on weekends, evenings and bank holidays to assist you in the unlikely event you run into any urgent issues stopping you from being able to use CareDocs. If you’re having trouble booting up your computer, starting the software or logging into your account, you can contact our emergency helpline and we can assess the situation and help you find a solution.
