Storing information about your staff on CareDocs is easy and safe. After you have added a staff member to the database you can complete their profile by adding their photo, personal details and files. Personal details & timesheets
CareDocs can record addresses, birthdays, contact and emergency contact information, references, National Insurance numbers, DBS check numbers and any additional information which is handy to keep accessible. You can also upload files directly to the system. And don’t worry, it’s completely secure. Only management and the staff member involved will be able to see this information.

You and your staff can digitally sign off when each course has been completed, allowing you to monitor who has or hasn’t finished theirs.
