thanks for the reply, the news is brilliant on the CareDocs front, our Manager Denise has gone from a computer Newbie to a true professional, as far as the new system has gone she has taken to it with ease, numerous comments have been made about the system by other professionals as well as Denise's talent for wording them in the " first person " as required now.
Many thanks for all your help in the early days of the setting up of the system, don't know how we managed before CareDocs came along.
