Further to our inspection yesterday, the inspector said "this care programme and the care plans it produces are of the highest quality and are the best I have ever seen in all my years of inspecting - excellent".

How FANTASTIC is it?????

It is really great! The first care plan took me just over 3 hours to do - and admittedly I was thinking ' I hope all the others won't take as long!' The second time, I got through the questions much quicker and once converted into care plan it read perfectly - with only a couple of edits necessary! The third one was quicker still - obviously you pre-empt the questions the more you do and you also know which 'score' to give - especially when residents have similar needs. I tweaked all the training sections according to our job roles - really quickly and easily.

On Monday I took the system down to the home, and after doing the first one with the Home Manager, she picked it all up no problems! Yesterday when I left we were having our final chat over lunch and she was fiddling in between on the laptop.....as I went she said 'I've just finished one!'
