15 minutes is all it takes! By answering a series of simple, multiple choice assessment questions, you can create a fully detailed, personalised Care Plan that will impress all who see it.
Subscribing
To maintain an ongoing relationship with all clients, CareDocs is supplied as a complete package on a subscription basis.
Systems are supplied on dedicated laptop or desktop computers as preferred, with these being networked together to be as accessible as needed. Experience has shown that a single computer will be sufficient for up to about 20 residents.
As well as their new CareDocs computer each subscriber also receives:
- All cables and leads
- Two memory sticks for back-up
- A digital camera
- All future upgrades and developments - free of charge
- Full access technical help line
- All (reasonable) training, initial and ongoing - free of charge
The cost of subscription to CareDocs is £150.00 per month, plus VAT for the first computer in a Home, with any subsequent computers in that Home being charged at £95.00, plus VAT.
There is an initial £100 set-up fee to cover the personalisation of each system prior to despatch.
