“The new ‘Supervisions’ area really makes life easy”

Each member of staff has their own password onto the system, and Management can control each member of Staff’s degree of access to the CareDocs system. There is also a view only option allowing Staff to see information, but not change it.

A click on the Staff logo brings you to a page listing members of Staff on a Staff Register. Bigger Homes with large numbers of Staff can filter by Surname and/or Past and Present. New members of Staff are added here.

Clicking onto the name of any member of Staff takes you to their own area of the system.

Separate headings then give access to:

The Message Centre where messages, updates, shift change reports, or to do lists can be entered. A “Mark as read” tick box ensures that messages are not ignored.

Time Sheets, A simple clock in and out system for Staff automatically totals hours, and there’s the option of adding pay schedules to simplify payment.

A Supervisions area with Forms for both Management and Staff to complete, considerably simplifying this time consuming area of management.

Training, a complete and detailed log of all training undertaken by each member of Staff. Lists of all duties with requisite training for each duty, full training log including date, trainer, result, next due (with automatic update to diary) and booking forms. Any overdue training is automatically flagged on the Home Status page.
