Body Mapping
The Body Mapping feature allows for both a visual and verbal record of any physical problems that occur and for the creation of short term care plans to cover these. Identifying a body region (right shoulder / left shoulder etc) allows for the specific graphical identification of the area concerned and gives a drop-down menu of conditions. Saving one of these automatically gives a template form where details of the condition, size of the area damaged and the nursing care required can be recorded. An event can be saved as a one-off or as being on-going and a review period for the injury can be set, defaulting to the Home Status page. An addition can also be automatically made to the Care Plan. Further notifications can automatically be made to that resident’s Daily Occurrence notes.
