How CareDocs works: Printing Section
“We print what we want, when we need it. And it looks great!”
Any need to print from CareDocs is controlled from this area.
There are three sections:
Resident Care Files, covering Care Plans, Assessments, Medication listings and other individual Resident specific items such as weight charts.
Resident Reports, giving the ability to create and print reports covering whatever combination of Residents is required. These can be Care Dependency analyses, birthday lists or statistics arising from Clan Plan Assessments, for example a list of residents with angina, or who use a walking aid. A further option allows the building of bespoke reports by giving a choice of headings in three columns.
Staff Printing, to print staff training records, matrices of what training is due and by who and personal records etc.
