How CareDocs works: Home's Diary and Home's Records
“Just a great way of keeping everyone up to date, it’s so easy to use”
Home's Diary
The Home’s Diary gives access to a diary that can be used to keep track of both general events in the Home as well as events in which groups of Residents take part.
The Group Event Diary allows a single entry to be made that is then automatically personalized to record an individual resident’s participation in a group event in their Daily Occurrence Diary, without the need to replicate information for each Resident.
“We love having all our information in one place.”
Home’s Records
This area opens with a synopsis of Home Records and Administration on that day. It has been designed to be the single point of record and monitoring for all area of activity within the Home that do not relate directly to either Staff or Resident care.
A simple Resident invoicing section is included, as are sections for Daily Menus, Daily Checks (Cooking and freezer temperatures etc), Fire and Safety Records, and maintenance details for lifts, hoists and any other servicing records you may wish to include.
As with all other Sections of the CareDocs system, any entry out of the ordinary is automatically reported back to the Home Status page.
