The Home’s diary functions as the social centre of your Care Home. It works in conjunction with each resident’s own Diary as well as their Daily Occurrences. When reporting a Group event a carer simply identifies the type of event from a drawdown menu, and then uses the resident register to add individuals’ names to the list of participants. A personalised description of the event can then be added, with (Name) (his/her) etc. replacing each resident’s own details. Completing the action transfers a full and personalised report to each resident’s own diary and daily occurrences.. It’s also possible to add default text to each activity, making each entry easier and quicker.
