Your Contract with CareDocs
CareDocs software is available for a minimum contract period of 12 months at a monthly cost of £150 per month per home to be paid by standing order. Larger homes may find it more convenient to have more than one laptop, in which case second and subsequent laptops will be supplied at a discounted price of £75 per month. There is an additional £100 set up fee per home.
Once our standard contract has been signed and your standing order instruction submitted to your bank, CareDocs will dispatch to you the following equipment:
- One dedicated Dell laptop computer ready loaded with CareDocs Care Home Management software customised with your company logo and details relating to your home.
- One 7 megapixel digital camera
- Three 2GB memory sticks – for all your backup needs.
- All necessary cables and connections
Caredocs can provide a matching printer if required, and offer an on-site ‘First Fill’ service to load all existing resident records onto your new CareDocs program. We are also happy to offer on-site training, although full details, demonstrations and instructions are available on this website, as part of the CareDocs software and as a separate computer dvd.
The standard CareDocs Resident assessment questionnaire is largely geared towards the needs of Residential Care Homes, although most questions will be applicable in all situations. We would be happy to work with you in to develop bespoke questionnaires to cover any requirement you may have.
