The beauty of the CareDocs assessment tool is that although there are over five hundred potential questions you could be asked, you’ll only have to answer those pertinent to the particular resident you’re assessing at that moment.
How does that work?
With CareDocs each next question is determined by the answer given to the last question, taking you through a logical sequence that makes sure that only the right questions are asked and no time is wasted. A simple assessment in a Residential Care home can take as little as 15 minutes, and at the end of the process all you have to do is click ‘Prepare Care Plan’. Within moments you’ll be able to see the complete Care Plan as it will print out…personalise the Plan by adding your own notes and changes, and then print all, or part, of your new Care Plan. It really is that simple.
