The CareDocs Care Home management system was conceived and developed by Care Home owners for use in their own Care Home, where it’s still being used every day.
What they did was to identify the most labour intensive and time consuming elements of managing their Care Home and then develop software to simplify the entire process. From the outset the intention was that CareDocs should be accessible and easy for every member of staff to use, no matter what their original language or their computer skills.
The result? A system that, having been introduced in the Spring of 2008, is now being used in nearly 200 Care Homes around the country, with more subscribing almost every day.
